This launch site is designed to work without accounts, advertising trackers or a newsletter sign-up.
Information this site receives
Cloudflare hosts and delivers the site. Requests necessarily involve technical information such as an IP address, browser details and requested URL, which Cloudflare may process to deliver and protect the service. We have not installed behavioural advertising or third-party analytics on this release.
Search and maps
Site search runs in your browser using a downloaded search index; we do not operate a server that stores your search queries. The interactive atlas requests map assets from OpenFreeMap, which receives the technical information required to deliver them. The map loads when its area comes into view. Destination guides remain available without the map.
Images, fonts and browser storage
Launch images and fonts are served with the site. We do not set marketing cookies, create member profiles or store saved trips. Map and search resources may be cached by your browser as normal web assets.
External websites
Links to tourism boards, photo sources and future booking providers lead to other services with their own privacy policies. Those sites may use cookies or collect information independently of Book & Surf.
Changes
This notice describes the launch configuration as of 23 September 2026. We will update it before adding accounts, analytics, email subscriptions or other features that materially change how information is handled.
